This two day course is aimed at beginner forklift operators with no previous experience and is mandatory for any persons operating a forklift Australia-wide. Prior to undertaking the course, ALL participants must download the attached Forklift Manual and read the pre-course information listed at the bottom of this page.

| Pre-Requisites: |
|
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Have a thorough understanding of both written and spoken English
- Must show one form of Photo ID (e.g. driver’s license or passport) OR, 3 x forms of non-photo ID (e.g. birth certificate, bank/ATM card or Medicare Card) – See Pre-Course Information
- Must familiarise themselves with the questions and answers in the Forklift Manual
- Wear closed shoes, preferably safety boots

People working in a warehouse or an occupation where forklift driving is required and who do not hold a current national certificate of competency for LF Class Forklift. |

Course Content: |

Course Content: The course covers all theory components and provides supervised practical experience in driving a forklift. Both theory and practical components will be assessed in order to issue the nationally recognised license. |

| Outcome: |
|
On successful completion, participants receive a Statement of Attainment “Operate a Forklift TLID1007C” as part of the Transport and Logistics Training Package TLI07. Certificates are issued same day! (Note: an additional $76 is payable to WorkSafe on completion of this course, to issue the nationally recognised licence)
