Conditions, Payments and Refunds: It is understood that those purchasing the certificate accept TCP’s booking conditions and that the person initiating the booking is responsible for making all parties aware of those conditions. Full payment is required at the time of booking and certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase (or such other date specified on the certificate) and are not extendable or refundable. A certificate may be exchanged for any of TCP’s Courses, for another of the same value, or for one of greater value on payment of the difference, with the new certificate retaining the date of the original. There are no refunds of unused certificates.
Red Gift Certificates – will reflect the price of courses detailed on our web site at the time of purchase.
Blue Gift Certificates - can be issued at a specified amount of your choice.
Delivery: Certificates will be mailed by express post either the purchaser or the recipient or for late purchases we can email.
Course Availability: Those using our training facilities agree to our course booking conditions, and in particular cancellations. Redeeming certificates will depend on availability and, in some cases, it may be necessary to book well in advance.
