Course Content:

Day 1 – Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) SITHFAB009A
This one day training is mandatory for persons selling, serving or supplying alcohol in NSW. On successful completion, participants receive a Statement of Attainment in “Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol” SITHFAB009A as part of Certificate II in Hospitality Operations as well as the Casino Liquor and Gaming Control Authority (CLGCA) certificate.
Day 2 – Responsible Gambling Services (RGS) SITHGAM006A
It is a requirement in New South Wales that hospitality employees, who are working within gambling outlets including poker machines, TAB betting windows etc, must hold a Responsible Gambling Services (RGS) Certificate. On successful completion, participants receive a Statement of Attainment in “Provide Responsible Gambling Services” SITHGAM006A as part of Certificate II in Hospitality Operations as well as the Casino Liquor and Gaming Control Authority (CLGCA) certificate.
Day 3 – Bar Skills
This one day course is recognised by industry and employers for people seeking work in venues such as pubs, nightclubs, restaurants, cafes and function centres. Our trainers are industry professionals who will teach you the basic skills of bar operations in a fun learning environment. Courses are conducted in a real bar. On successful completion of this course all participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance in Bar Skills.

Please note: As of 13th December, 2008 Proof of Age cards are no longer valid forms of photographic identification. All Proof of Age cards must be changed over to the NSW Photo Card available from the Roads and Traffic Authority of NSW.

Book only your RSA course. TCP will then contact you by phone to book dates for your RGS and Bar Skills courses. All three courses must be completed within 3 months of payment. Any course not completed within this time frame becomes null and void. No refunds will issued.
