This course will give you the skills and confidence required to prepare cocktails in venues such as a pub, nightclub, cocktail lounge, restaurant, cafe, function centres or sporting events.

Course Content:
  • Cocktail styles - stirred, poured, muddled, blended & shaken
  • Product Knowledge - mixing, making, garnishing & tasting  
  • Workplace expectations and qualifications 
  • Legislation (OH&S, RSA, ...)
Assessment: There is no formal assessment for this course.
 

Outcome: On successful completion, participants receive a Certificate of Attendance in “Cocktail Skills”. Certificates are issued same day!

What to Bring: 
  • Pen
  • 1 form of Photo ID (i.e. Passport, Drivers licence, Photo ID card, Student card)
  • Wear closed shoes
