Our 1-Day Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) training course provides hotel, bar and club staff with the knowledge and awareness required to responsibly sell, serve and supply alcohol within licensed venues in NSW.
All TCP Training Courses are delivered by fully accredited trainers with industry-based knowledge and skills.  On successful completion, participants receive a National Statement of Attainment in “Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol SITHFAB009A” as part of Certificate II in Hospitality as well as the NSW Casino Liquor and Gaming Control Authority (CLGCA) certificate.
Certificates are issued same day!

- 1 form of Photo ID (i.e. Passport, Drivers licence, Photo ID card, Student card)
Please note: As of 13th December, 2008 Proof of Age cards are no longer valid forms of photographic identification. All Proof of Age cards must be changed over to the NSW Photo Card available from the Roads and Traffic Authority of NSW.
