This one day crash course takes you through the basics of food and beverage service to give you the skills necessary to work in the ever-growing Hospitality Industry. Use this course to prepare yourself for a job in restaurants, cafes, function centres and conventions.

Please note: As of 13th December, 2008 Proof of Age cards are no longer valid forms of photographic identification. All Proof of Age cards must be changed over to the NSW Photo Card available from the Roads and Traffic Authority of NSW.
