Responsible Gambling Services - NSW (SITHGAM006A)
This one day course is a mandatory module designed to provide you with a responsible approach to gambling practices.
On- Site Requirements:
Duration: 6 hrs.
Pre-Requisites: There is no pre-requisite for this course.
Who should do this course: All people working in gaming areas of hotels and registered clubs to complete an approved course in order to continue employment. Prospective employees must complete the RCG course prior to the commencement of working in gaming areas.

Assessment: At the end of the course you are required to successfully complete a written assessment.
Outcome: On successful completion, participants receive a Statement of Attainment in “Provide Responsible Gambling Services SITGAM006A” as part of Certificate II in Hospitality Operations.

- 1 form of Photo ID (i.e. Passport, Drivers licence, Photo ID card, Student card)
Please note: As of 13th December, 2008 Proof of Age cards are no longer valid forms of photographic identification. All Proof of Age cards must be changed over to the NSW Photo Card available from the Roads and Traffic Authority of NSW.
