The course covers:

  • HACCP
  • Personal hygiene
  • Control of pests
  • ANZFA guide to Food Safety Standards
  • Implementing the new NSW Government Acts & regulations
  • Cleaning, storage & prevention

Upon successful completion of this course participants receive a Statement of Attainment in Follow Workplace Hygiene Procedures THHGHS01B as part of Certificate II in Hospitality Operations.

Course Duration:
6 hours

ID Requirements
1 form of Photo ID is required to be shown on the day of course. Suitable ID includes:

  • Passport
  • Drivers Licence
  • NSW RTA Photo ID Card
  • Proof of Age Card
