- Personal hygiene
- Control of pests
- ANZFA guide to Food Safety Standards
- Implementing the WA Government Acts &
regulations
- Cleaning, storage & prevention
Upon successful completion of this course participants receive a Statement of Attainment in Follow Workplace Hygiene Procedures THHGHS01B as part of Certificate II in Hospitality Operations.
Course Duration: 4 hours
