Responsible Conduct of Gambling involves the
successful completion of the unit:
Provide Responsible Gaming Services THHADG03B as part of
Certificate II in Hospitality Operations - THH21802
This course became mandatory from the 31st
December 2001 for the staff of all Gaming venues
(NSW), and is recognised under the Australian
Quality Training Framework, and the Liquor Administration
Board (NSW) and VETAB (NSW)

- Describes the legislative framework for
responsible conduct of gambling
- Methods of implementing responsible conduct
of gambling strategies
- Lists the benefits of implementing responsible
conduct of gambling practices.
Assessment & completion standard
Identify & assist potential problem gamblers / provide assistance to family & friends / Voluntary self exclusion of Problem Gamblers (both Theory & Written)
Upon successful completion of this course participants receive a Statement of Attainment in “Provide Responsible Conduct of Gambling” THHADG03B as part of Certificate II in Hospitality Operations.
Change Course Duration to 6 hours.
