completion of the unit:
Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol THHABFB09B as part
of Certificate II in Hospitality Operations - THH21802
This course is recognised under the Australian Quality
Training Framework, VETAB (NSW) and is Liquor
Administration Board (LAB) approved.
Course Summary
This unit deals with the skills and knowledge requirements for responsible
service of alcohol under State/Territory legislation. All staff involved
in the service of alcohol should complete this unit
Assessment & completion standard
Both Theory & Written. Upon successful completion of this
course participants receive a Statement of Attainment
for “Responsible Service of Alcohol” THHBFB09B as part
of Certificate II in Hospitality Operations. In addition
a NSW Liquor Administration Board (LAB) RSA Certificate
is issued.
