TCP Training is seeking motivated, customer-focused applicants to join our friendly Customer Service team in the Sydney CBD.

This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in an office environment, build strong communication skills, and grow within a national training provider.

About the role

You’ll be part of a fast-paced team supporting students and trainers, keeping operations running smoothly, and providing a great customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Face-to-face customer service and student check-ins
  • Processing paperwork accurately and maintaining records
  • Assisting with training room set-up and day-to-day office tasks
  • Learning and following RTO administration and compliance requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • Friendly, confident communication and a professional phone manner
  • Strong attention to detail and reliable time management
  • Willingness to learn systems, processes and compliance requirements
  • A positive attitude and a team-first approach
  • Competent with basic computer skills (email, data entry, calendars)
