Staff Training

There can be many barriers to completing the staff training your workforce needs, so let us help you to simplify the process.

Staff Training Nationally

TCP TRAINING has online courses, delivers training for individuals across our Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane venues and we provide staff training nationally to clients at their workplace or a venue of their choice. We can also service regional areas at an additional fee and pending trainer availability.

Accredited Courses

White Card NSW - 20 participants/trainer maximum. 8 days booking notice required. Staff are required to provide 100 points of ID on the day of training as per the SafeWork NSW.

White Card VIC - 25 participants/trainer maximum. Staff require valid photo ID.

RSA/RCG/ARCG (NSW) - 30 participants/trainer maximum.

FSS/Food Hygiene (NSW) - 20 participants/trainer maximum. Course requires access to a food preparation area for the practical component of the course.

First Aid/CPR (NSW/VIC) - 25 participants/trainer maximum. Course has an online study component. It is recommended that this is completed prior to the day of training.

Non-Accredited Courses

Barista Training - 12 participants/trainer maximum. We like to ensure that each participant has access to their own group handle for the best possible learning experience.

WHS Awareness (NSW) - 15 participants/trainer maximum. Our trainer will conduct a session with your staff to help them understand their requirements with WHS regulations/acts and also your internal policies.

Safe Manual Handling Practices (NSW) - 20 participants/trainer maximum.

Training Pre-Requisites

All participants must supply a valid USI and required ID (typically photo ID).

Minimum Training Numbers

There are no minimum numbers for our courses to run. However, we do have a minimum charge for our courses. Additionally, some of our courses have restricted maximum numbers per trainer. If you require more than this, we can either organise an additional date or an additional trainer.

Staff Training Booking Procedure

Once our bookings team receives your staff training enquiry, they will make contact with you to confirm your training needs. Then when the course and preferred date and times have been confirmed, the bookings team will work with our Trainer Co-ordinator to schedule a date.
